Back in our starting days, our co-founders noticed a glaring issue: the Indian pet product market lacked quality and no one was taking this market seriously. Determined to change the game, they embarked on a road trip to Northern India, visiting pet product manufacturers.
What they discovered was eye-opening. These manufacturers operated with dismal infrastructure and the bare minimum standards. Additionally, the brands producing these products also lacked transparency with their consumer base. Hence the gap identified widened, not only did they see a lack of good quality products they saw a lack of safely produced products within the industry. In a world where people were driven to loneliness due to a pandemic, people began to appreciate their pets more and hence now more than ever want the best and top-quality products for their pets.
This revelation fuelled our mission: to create pet products so safe and impeccable that purchasing them becomes an effortless decision. And thus, the journey of Snoot began.
