Snoot ships within India via the online shop.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/ delivery information. Accurate and complete information is required to avoid additional fees as well as delays in your order. Be sure to include accurate shipping information including full name, street address, apartment#, suite#, zip code, etc. If possible include recipients telephone number as well as your day-time telephone number.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders across India.
For International shipping, please contact us at love@snoot.co.in before placing order.

Standard shipping may take 5-7 working days to the regular regions from the day of dispatch, and for remote regions it may take up to 10 working days.

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, we will charge a re-delivery fee.
If an item is forwarded by a carrier due to incorrect shipping information, an address correction fee is charged to us and in turn will be charged to you.

Thanks for shopping with us. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us at love@snoot.co.in within 24 hours, and we will work with you to ensure you are delighted.
We will not accept return or refund for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):
- Grooming Products like Shampoo, Conditioners, Fragrance Mist, Paw and Nose butter.
- Perishable items.
- Items purchased at a discounted price.
You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable in these product categories.

We have made every effort to ensure a suitable product is dispatched. However, we cannot guarantee any damage may have occurred during the shipping as the 3rd party vendor manages the shipping.
If you have received a damaged product, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please keep all original packing material for courier inspection for products damaged during shipping before filing a claim with our shipper. We require an image of the damage to be emailed to us at love@snoot.co.in for our review.
The refund will not be processed if the product is used or altered. If the original packaging is missing, the request for a refund or replacement will be void.
